We spend time providing you the context you need to choose the best path in each of those areas and help coordinate the execution and ongoing  of your financial strategies. I am fortunate to be married to my loving husband Wayde and blessed with two busy boys, Britt-3 and Bear - 1. When I get spare time, I love being with friends and family, golfing, canning, watching movies, riding horse and just being home!

Wayde Bauman is less formal in the office, however he plays a very vital role. He is essential to bringing positivity and keeping our family strong. He helps with the busy schedule that our office has, and at the end of the day, is the man that has to do it all. Wayde ranches and farms with his father and brother in Linton. He also helps those in the agricultural world with crop & hail insurance. Wayde obviously loves me and our two kids, but also enjoys golfing, hunting, team roping and watching sports.

Ashley Hanson is the Project Manager for Bauman Financial and travels between the Bismarck and Linton offices. Her prime focus is to help coordinate the execution and ongoing management of the agreed upon direction between our clients and the rest of our team, to help our clients meet their goals. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Psychology from North Dakota State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Gunnar, and their 3-year-old black lab, Merle. She likes being outdoors, crafting, spending time on their boat, and traveling.

ShaLee Tescher is a Medicare Account Manager for Bauman Financial. She helps our clients maximize their plan benefits, once they are enrolled. ShaLee grew up on a ranch in Hebron, ND and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Marketing from Dickinson State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Tanner, along with their lovely children, Sawyer and Tipp, in Beach where they ranch. ShaLee also enjoys being outdoors, riding horse and hanging out with friends.

Part D Coordinator

Elaine Haack is the Medicare Part D Coordinator for Bauman Financial. She is generally based in the Bismark Office for the Annual Election/Open Enrollment Period helping our clients identify the best drug plans based on their situation for the upcoming calendar year. Elaine retired from a telephone company after over 38 years and has been working with insurance agents since 2010. She and her husband, Brad, enjoy retirement and being able to run their grandkid’s numerous activities.
